Job Description

Your role will be to provide operational support to our partner program. You will respond to inbound requests from partners and internal stakeholders, addressing various components of the program including business process support, training and enablement, master data management, exception process handling, and more.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide operational support to the partner program by responding to inbound requests from partners and internal stakeholders.
  • Grant, validate, and troubleshoot access to the partner portal.
  • Ensure accurate compliance data.
  • Handle deal registration exceptions.
  • Update and troubleshoot Partner Locator data.
  • Assist with partner applications and onboarding.
  • Liaise with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Sales Ops, Data Governance, and IT.
  • Lead and support business process improvements.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key stakeholders at all levels in the organization.
  • Document processes and procedures on an ongoing basis.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience managing high-volume cases using email-based ticketing systems or similar tools.
  • Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills for all levels in the organization.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with G-suite, ServiceNow, and SFDC, as well as data governance/data hygiene activities.
  • Demonstrated experience taking ownership of a business domain or managing a business process and being accountable to stakeholders.
