We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Visionary to spearhead our high-performing teams, drive strategic product vision, and grow our innovative fintech platform.

About the Role:

  • Create a collaborative team culture that fosters innovation and accountability.

  • Drive the strategic vision of the product by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Utilize data analytics to inform product growth strategies and improve operational efficiency.
  • Manage risks and issues proactively, ensuring minimal disruption to project progress.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in fintech and project management.

Key Requirements:

  • 6+ years of experience in project management roles, with at least 3 years in Fintech.
  • Proven experience in building and managing teams across multiple functions.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow a product from inception to market success.
  • Hands-on experience with NodeJS and strong understanding of backend development.
  • Exceptional leadership and people management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Educational Background:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
