Key Responsibilities- Customer Relationship Management: You will act as the single point of contact for customers, handling all their needs after a booking is made. This includes managing documentation, sending payment reminders, and providing regular updates.
- Issue Resolution: A key part of your role is to promptly follow up on all customer queries and complaints, working to resolve them in a timely manner.
- Internal Coordination: You will coordinate with various internal teams to manage pending approvals and handovers, ensuring a smooth process for the customer.
- Relationship Building: You are expected to build long-term relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and to foster loyalty that leads to repeat business.
