Job Title

Branch Operations Manager is a challenging role that involves overseeing daily branch activities, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The position requires strong leadership and organizational skills to implement business strategies, maintain regulatory compliance, and support branch growth and profitability.

  • Manage day-to-day operations in the location, including resource management of hub for driver, gunmen & custodian.
  • Plan and administer route planning, duty assigning, and audit planning.
  • Ensure timely withdrawal/collection and loading/depositing on the same day as indented.
  • Monitor and perform operations in line with agreed SLA.
  • Carry out surprise audits to ensure adherence to laid down processes by the team.
  • Assist ATM Executive in collecting, collating, recording, and reporting day-to-day operations in prescribed layouts.
  • Administer requirements to ensure hassle-free operations.
  • Prepare roster for crew as per route dispatch time.
  • Maintain hardcopy of Takeover & Handover of ATMs.
  • Adhere to all-risk mitigation procedures to avoid cash loss during operations.
  • Dispatch routes from Branch/Vault Office in a timely manner.
  • Follow up with Vault officer/Bank Officials on issuance of cash to custodian for ATMs Replenishment.
  • Brief team on assigned tasks, SOPs of operations.

This is a full-time on-site role located in Alappuzha, focusing on branch growth and profitability while maintaining regulatory compliance.
