Project Cost Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Costing and Budgeting Professional to join our team. This individual will be responsible for managing project costs, preparing budget estimates, and analyzing cost components.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and manage project cost estimates and budgets.
- Prepare and validate Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
- Conduct rate estimations and ensure cost optimization.
- Lead costing, budgeting, and billing activities.
- Monitor and control project expenditures to ensure adherence to approved budgets.
- Perform detailed analysis of project cost components.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Strong technical knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and billing.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tally, ERP systems, and project management tools.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Demonstrated leadership and team management capabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
