About Our Client

Our client is a Netherlands Based MNC and is building one of the type mixed use projects in Delhi/NCR

Job Description

Lead the entire project delivery process, ensuring successful completion within specified timelines and budgetary constraints.Effectively manage the design process, collaborating closely with design consultants and providing timely inputs for the procurement team.Proactively manage costs to achieve budgetary goals while maintaining high-quality standards.Promote and integrate sustainability goals throughout the project lifecycle.Skillfully manage contracts, ensuring compliance and favorable terms for all parties involved.Implement rigorous quality management practices to deliver a flawless end product.Identify and mitigate potential risks through efficient risk management strategies.Implement strong project controls to monitor progress and maintain a well-defined project schedule.Prioritize safety management, ensuring the well-being of the project team and strict adherence to safety protocols.Take on a leadership role in managing internal and external stakeholders, fostering productive relationships.Effectively manage the project team, promoting a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Incorporate innovative construction technologies, such as fast-track construction methods, to enhance project efficiency.Demonstrate expertise in various construction techniques, including diaphragm walls, precast structures, prefab structural steel, post-tension slabs, and reinforced concrete (RCC).Maintain a strong commitment to achieving 100% compliance and ensuring safe project delivery.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management will be considered a plus.Minimum 20 years of proven experience delivering mixed-use building projects, with a successful track record of delivering at least two projects from scratch to completion.International experience in similar projects will be considered an advantage.Strong knowledge and experience in civil structures, including RCC, prefab, precast, and composite systems.Extensive experience in managing design consultants, project management consultants (PMC), general contractors, nominated contractors, and specialized trade contractors.Exceptional leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards project success.In-depth knowledge of innovative construction technologies and their practical application.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage and manage stakeholders at all levels.Comprehensive understanding of project management principles and practices.Demonstrated ability to deliver projects within specified timelines and budgets.Strong commitment to quality, safety, and sustainability
