Job Title: Process Trainer

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify training needs across levels and conduct refresher training to improve productivity.
  • Coordinate training schedules, set up, create training materials, and follow up.
  • Train new employees in sales training, product knowledge, customer communications, and internal systems.
  • Provide product knowledge on Health Insurance to all new joiners.
  • Deliver product training (selling skills, soft skills, objection handling) to Associate Sales Consultants, Team Leaders, and Asst. Sales Managers.
  • Assist in delivery of ongoing training programs.
  • Evaluate training and report on trainees.
  • Review training performances and prepare participants' score sheets.
  • Arrange for follow-up training or report following training sessions.
  • Provide timely and constructive feedback and counseling of the trainees.
  • Maintain detailed records of workshops conducted, participant lists, feedback, follow-up activities, etc.

Required Skills:

  • Training background
  • Employee development to assist employees in meeting Performance Targets through Hiring, Coaching & Mentoring.
  • Ability to calibrate employee performance to the Performance Targets through monitoring and Coaching.
  • Ability to communicate and resolve issues that affect Performance Criteria.
  • Ability to handle escalations from employees.
  • Ability to escalate issues to their supervisor or other internal departments.
  • Demonstrated language fluency in Telugu English & Hindi.

Work Environment:

Comfortable working from the office 6 days a week.
