Job Role: Operational Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a results-driven professional to lead strategic initiatives across retail operations. As an Operational Transformation Specialist, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions, driving customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct workshops to understand client pain points, business processes, reporting, and dashboarding requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to configure and deploy systems aligned with business objectives.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to marketing, operations, and IT teams.
  • Ensure alignment between business strategy and technology roadmap.
  • Develop and implement training programs for super users on the platform and explain support mechanisms and set cadences for support/business-related queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in retail consulting, business analysis, or solution delivery.
  • Strong understanding of retail operations: POS, loyalty, CRM, inventory, and customer experience.
  • Knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and their functionality.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics) is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
