Process Transformation Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned Process Transformation Specialist to drive business process improvement and standardization across Global Procurement.

About the Role
  • Work with process owners to define, assess, and transform global business processes through data-driven analysis and problem-solving.
  • Support benchmarking activities to harmonize existing processes and establish a best-in-class standard.
  • Formulate recommendations for performance improvement and lead project plans to meet business requirements.
  • Engage leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and achieve ongoing process improvement results.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Process Transformation: Implement or lead complex, global and regional process transformation supporting Global Procurement.
  2. Drive Benchmarking: Guide cross-organizational teams to define, build, and implement business process solutions that increase efficiencies, improve standardization, and optimize procurement services.
  3. Govern Functional Processes: Develop business rules that drive consistent interpretation of performance and ensure understanding of expectations.
  4. Analyze Processes: Propose changes or improvements to help achieve goals.
  5. Elevate Process Efficiency: Apply continuous improvement tools and methodologies to drive transformation.

  • Drive adoption with organizational change management methods and tools.
  • Capture project or program return on investment.
  • Persuade others to adopt change required for successful implementation.
