About the Role

We are looking for an accomplished Demi Chef de Partie to join our culinary team at AccorHotel. As a key member of the kitchen, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our food and beverage departments.

Key ResponsibilitiesOperational Management
  • Team Supervision: Supervise the function of the kitchen team, facilities, and costs to maximize overall Food & Beverage department profit.
  • Food Quality: Ensure that the preparation and presentation of food complies with established standards.
  • Task Management: Rearrange duties and rosters as necessary to ensure all tasks are correctly and timeously completed.
  • Hygiene and Sanitation: Maintain company and statutory hygiene standards.
Financial Management
  • Cost Control: Monitor kitchen operations to minimize food wastage and maximize employee productivity, thereby minimizing payroll costs.
  • Resource Optimization: Identify optimal cost-effective use of resources and educate the team on the same.
People Management
  • Team Support: Provide effective support to the team to enable them to provide a range of effective and efficient services.
  • Staff Development: Motivate and develop the team to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Rostering: Prepare duty rosters for the team to ensure operative effectiveness.
  • Staffing Levels: Maintain appropriate staffing levels to consistently provide excellent guest service.
Requirements
  • Liaisons: Liaise with the culinary team, food and beverage service team, and commis chef as assigned.
  • Remote Work: No remote work is allowed for this position.
  • Employment Type: Full-time employment.
