Job Description

As a key member of our culinary team, the Demi Chef de Partie will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our kitchen. This position requires a highly organized and motivated individual who can effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Kitchen Planning: Plan and coordinate the activities of the team to ensure operative effectiveness, following guidelines laid by the Executive Chef on menu planning.
  • People Management: Provide effective support to the team, ensuring they are trained for all safety provisions, motivated, and developed to ensure smooth functioning of the department and promote teamwork.
  • Financial Management: Monitor operations to minimize food wastage, maximize employee productivity, and identify optimal use of resources.
  • Operational Management: Supervise kitchen team, facilities, and costs to contribute to maximizing overall Food & Beverage department profit, ensuring preparation and presentation of food comply with standards.
