Job Title: Executive Chef

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Accor. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our culinary operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality and presentation, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and design menus for food and beverage, ensuring a balance of flavors and textures.
  • Delegate tasks to Executive Sous Chefs and kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality results.
  • Monitor food costs and inventory, minimizing waste and ensuring financial objectives are met.
  • Liaise with the Director of Restaurants & Bar, Restaurant Manager/Assistant Manager, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations, ISO 9001 quality certification requirements, and Novotel's ISO 14001 environmental commitments.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume kitchen environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and train staff.
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a focus on quality, presentation, and flavor.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with attention to detail and a focus on customer satisfaction.
