Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled professional to provide comprehensive support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless treasury operations by providing end-to-end support, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining system integrity.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial systems and technical skills to troubleshoot complex issues. Experience with static data maintenance, Oracle/SQL Server database concepts, and SQL query authoring is essential.

This role requires the ability to learn internal systems, receive and analyze support tickets, and provide timely solutions to users. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are necessary to succeed in this position.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems
  • Static data maintenance within financial applications
  • Oracle/SQL Server database concepts and SQL query authoring
  • Enterprise Workflow Framework (EWF) in Quantum
  • Treasury processes including In-House Banking, Cash forecasting, and Intercompany Settlement
  • Bank statement and cashflow interfaces
  • Cash Xplorer configuration and troubleshooting
  • Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies
  • SOX compliance requirements for financial systems
  • FIS support tools including the FIS ticketing system

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide end-to-end support for FIS Quantum and Echos treasury management systems
  2. Maintain system integrity and troubleshoot complex issues
  3. L Learn internal systems and provide timely solutions to users
  4. Document resolution steps and knowledge base articles

Technical Operations:

  • Apply strong Oracle/SQL Server database expertise to maintain system performance
  • Author and optimize SQL queries for data extraction and reporting
  • Work with Golden Gate and Datapipelines technologies for data integration
  • Support integration points between FIS systems and Oracle Fusion AGIS/GL modules

Governance & Compliance:

  • Maintain SOPs, process documentation, and impact assessments for system updates
  • Assess readiness for Quarterly Cloud Updates including regression testing to ensure business continuity
  • Ensure financial data accuracy, SOX compliance, and internal control adherence
  • Participate in change management processes to minimize operational disruptions
