Job Title: Associate Vice President

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled data professional to join our team as an Associate Vice President. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in data engineering and business intelligence, with a strong background in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Data Asset Management: Design and implement methodologies for data assets to ensure effective governance, quality, and monetization.
  • Data Strategy Frameworks: Build frameworks and models to implement data strategy components, including data governance, quality, consumption, and enterprise management.
  • Maturity Assessments: Perform maturity assessments on data management capabilities and operating models, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Cloud Solutions: Develop and implement cloud-based solutions to support data-driven decision-making, leveraging ELT techniques and modern data warehousing.
  • Data Orchestration: Manage large datasets using advanced techniques and tools, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Due Diligence: Conduct buy-side due diligence engagements, identifying value creation opportunities through analytics application.
  • Deal Delivery: Lead mid-to-large size deals, ensuring smooth delivery and excellent client relationships.
  • Team Collaboration: Foster effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving teamwork and dedication.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Data Engineering Expertise: Minimum 8-12 years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence, with expertise in developing and implementing data as an asset service.
  • Azure Services: 5+ years of proven experience working with MS Azure services, including Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Explorer, Storage, Data Lake, Synapse Analytics, and Analysis Services.
  • Business Intelligence Tools: Strong working experience with business intelligence tools (PowerBI, Alteryx, Tableau), with familiarity of advanced techniques and tools like Azure Maps, ArcGIS, and more.
  • Programming Languages: Proficiency in programming languages (Python, NoSQL, PL/SQL) and ability to work with various data orchestration tools.
  • Analytics and Problem-Solving: Superior analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
