At our coworking space, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Community Manager. This role is responsible for creating a welcoming environment for our members and ensuring their needs are met.
- Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to foster a sense of community among members
- Plan and execute events that promote member interaction and networking
- Collaborate with local businesses to create mutually beneficial partnerships
- Monitor and improve member satisfaction through regular feedback and assessment
- Manage front desk operations and ensure seamless check-in/check-out processes
- Conceptualize and execute initiatives that enhance the overall member experience
- Identify and onboard new members, providing them with a comprehensive orientation
- Resolve member issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Manage membership waiting lists and ensure accurate enrollment processes
- Collect data on members' business objectives and provide insights to inform strategic decisions
- Supervise in-building events and address any arising issues promptly
- Operational Responsibilities:
- Maintain operational efficiency and cleanliness of our spaces
- Assist in developing policies related to guest registration, security, and building procedures
- Provide regular reports to senior management on key performance indicators
- Collaborate with facilities and IT teams to resolve member queries and issues
- Design and implement initiatives that promote our brand and services
- Work closely with marketing and technology teams to ensure cohesive communication channels
- Implement process improvements to increase operational efficiency
- Inspect amenities and services regularly to ensure high standards
- Prepare expense reports and manage procurement requirements effectively
- Sales & Marketing Responsibilities:
- Strategically fill desk vacancies by enhancing member experience
- Partner with our marketing team to optimize visibility and outreach
- Handle member leads with utmost care and attention to detail
- Foster auxiliary revenue streams and develop targeted sales strategies
- Conduct walkthroughs and collaborate with our sales team to drive results
- Develop tailored marketing materials based on thorough research and analysis
- Promote member offerings across our platforms effectively
Requirements:
- Proven experience in community management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Knowledge of CRM software and database management
- Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies
