Job Title: Scrum Master

Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly accomplished Scrum Master to join our IT Engineering Team at our Noida office.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. To assist the product owner and development team in achieving customer satisfaction.
  2. To lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization.
  3. To coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups.
  4. To facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
  5. To remove impediments and coach the scrum team on removing impediments.
  6. To help the scrum and development teams identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework.
  7. To resolve conflicts and issues that occur.
  8. To support the product owner and provide education where needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Prior experience as a Scrum Master in a software development organization.
  • BE/B. Tech/MCA/M. Tech or equivalent with relevant experience.
  • 6+ years of overall experience.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach.
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
  • Excellent knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts.
  • Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the Scrum.
  • Experience with successful Agile techniques.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction.
  • Prior experience of using Agile Project Management tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps Boards.
  • Prior experience of using the right Agile metrics.
  • Prior experience working with global clients.
  • Prior experience of development in .Net Technology Stack.
  • Must have certification like PSM I, PSM II, CSM, Agile SAFe (at least one is required).
