**Job Description**

Become a driving force in digital transformation by taking on the role of Lead Consultant.

You will play a pivotal part in propelling business growth through insightful and operational excellence using cutting-edge technologies like Azure DevOps, Agile practices, and Power BI dashboards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and Automate Power BI Dashboards: Leverage data from Azure DevOps to track key performance indicators such as velocity, lead time, and DORA metrics.
  • Maintain ADO Data Quality: Ensure queries, workflows, and regular audits are in place to improve consistency across teams.
  • Drive Agile Operational Cadence: Manage sprint/release calendars, backlog health reviews, and quarterly planning processes.
  • Deliver Executive Reporting: Provide weekly/monthly readouts and ad-hoc analysis, transforming complex data into actionable insights.
  • Support Tooling Administration: Oversee licenses and coordinate with vendors for ADO and Power BI.
  • Analyze Process Bottlenecks: Use data to identify areas for continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure Compliance Activities: Guarantee audit readiness, change logs, and security reporting tied to software releases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Azure DevOps (ADO): Proficient in Boards, Queries, Repos, Pipelines, and Analytics.
  • Power BI: Skilled in data modeling, Power Query, DAX, and dashboard automation.
  • Agile Methodologies: Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and SAFe practices; experience with sprint planning and release management.
  • Dashboarding & Reporting: Ability to design executive-level dashboards and scorecards; deliver clear data-driven insights.
  • Data Analysis: Proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, XLOOKUP), SQL for joins/aggregations, and API integration (ADO REST).
  • Operational Excellence: Experience in managing cadence activities like backlog reviews, planning cycles, and compliance tracking.
  • Communication: Strong storytelling with data; capable of creating concise executive summaries and documentation.
  • Mindset: Ownership-driven, analytical, and solution-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
