Job Description

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow ITOM Solution Specialist to implement and configure the CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector on our platform.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with industrial control systems, networking concepts, and database architecture.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Implement Midserver configuration, CMDB, Discovery, and Service Graph Connector (SGC).

  • Demonstrate expertise in networking concepts, DMZ zones, public, private, and hybrid cloud environments.

  • Understand industrial control system operations, OT network functions, and Purdue Model architecture.

  • Prior experience with OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is a significant asset.

  • Show proficiency in Windows, Linux/UNIX administration, and Power/Shell scripting.

  • Demonstrate a moderate understanding of database level architecture and ability to write SQL queries.

  • Develop automated processes using business rules, script actions, configurations, and enhancements on the ServiceNow CMDB, ITOM modular platform.

  • Configure ServiceNow ITOM, including CMDB data alignment and automated data population.

  • Document all developments, configurations, and technical details for project stakeholders.

Requirements
  • 4-12 years' experience working with the ServiceNow platform in enterprise-wide, multi-tier production environments.
  • Minimum 4-12 years of experience in the IT industry.

Please note that prior experience with OT Visibility and OT Asset Management & OT Service Management modules in ServiceNow is highly valued but not mandatory.
