Job Title: Technical Project Manager\Helpers are the backbone of any successful business. At the heart of this lies the Technical Project Manager, who oversees end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs. Coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams is a key responsibility for this role.\

In order to succeed, the TPM must have expertise in technical project or program management, with at least 2 years leading AI/ML initiatives. Demonstrated delivery of GenAI or LLM-based solutions is also essential, along with hands-on familiarity with RPA toolchains and process-mining platforms.

A strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, and Kanban rituals is necessary, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The ability to mentor scrum teams and deliver regular executive dashboards is also crucial.

  • Key responsibilities include defining project scope, building schedules, and driving discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation opportunities.
  • The TPM partners with solution architects to select models and orchestration frameworks and oversees development and deployment of RPA bots and AI agents.
