Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Process Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation and maintenance of process improvements across various departments.

Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and summarize data and trends to prepare performance reports.
  • Ensure that Critical Performance Metrics are consistently met by collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Lead client/vendor reviews/calibrations to ensure seamless communication and resolution.
  • Respond promptly to client/vendor queries on routine issues.
  • Develop innovative ideas to optimize internal metrics and ensure timely achievement of critical matrices.
  • Manage multiple teams effectively to drive productivity and efficiency.
  • Perform audits and quality checks on Team Leads & Floor Supports to maintain high standards.
  • Provide regular feedback to Team Leads & Floor Supports on their performance.
  • Implement cross-skilling initiatives and periodic process re-verification to enhance resource utilization.
  • Identify training needs for teams and develop targeted solutions.
  • Implement Bottom Quartile Management to drive improvement.
  • Communicate directives from senior leadership to team members and ensure timely action.
  • Hold regular meetings, discuss task delegation, and review issues to maintain alignment.
  • Conduct team huddles and meetings to discuss operational updates and address concerns.
  • Foster team spirit through group sessions, activities, and projects.
  • Promote staff retention through career mapping and guiding team members.
  • Avoid non-compliance with organizational policies and procedures.
  • Ensure adherence to information security requirements.
  • Deliver all client projects within agreed timelines.
  • Enhance productivity/quality and meet process metrics.
  • Remediate any major incident promptly.
  • Manage client MBR/QBR deck, client calls, and reviews.
