The Site Lead is accountable for the overall direction, scaling, and operations of the site. This role enables the achievement of service levels, performance, productivity, cost goals, and successful program implementations.

  • Provide vision, leadership, and direction responsible for the day-to-day operations, governance, and marketing of the center.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement digital innovation strategies that meet the needs of the company in aiding business transformation and improving customer experience.">
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Software Engineering and Cloud Engineering initiatives that drives innovation and accelerates the execution of the Tech and Data roadmap.">
  • Develop, implement, and maintain local policies, procedures, and systems designed to improve the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of the site.">
  • Ensure adherence to company ethical codes of conduct and quality standards.">
  • Manage local vendor relationships and service level agreements to ensure high-quality services and timely delivery.">
  • Serve as a coach for the team.">
  • Establish Company's strategy and relevant operating & governance model(s).">
  • Support to Global functional teams such as HR, Finance, EBS, etc., in managing their functions & teams in country.">
  • Build an employer of choice brand.">
  • Develop innovation programs.">
  • Evangelize across teams globally.">
  • Manage performance by effectively leading teams to ensure that expectations and standards are met.">
  • Provide support to the senior management team in ongoing process improvement and governance initiatives.">
