Operations Leadership Opportunity

The role of Vice President of Operations is a pivotal position within the organization, responsible for driving operational efficiency, scalability, and excellence.

  • Job Description: As a senior leader, you will oversee the end-to-end supply chain process, ensuring timely sourcing, inventory management, and order fulfillment. You will work closely with leadership to optimize operational processes and scale business growth objectives.
  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Develop and execute operational strategies that align with business objectives and enhance customer experience.
    • Oversee the supply chain process, including sourcing, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
    • Ensure products are delivered on time and meet quality standards by working closely with fulfillment centers and delivery partners.
    • Identify operational inefficiencies and implement processes to improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer journey.
    • Lead, manage, and mentor the operations team to drive performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, suppliers, and third-party logistics partners.
    • Monitor and analyze operational data to identify trends, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure alignment with business objectives.
    • Implement technology solutions to automate processes, track performance, and improve operational scalability.
    • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer service teams to ensure a smooth, integrated customer experience from order to delivery.
    • Identify potential risks in the supply chain or operations and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
