Job Title: Finance Operations Leader

Job Description:

The role of Deputy Manager Finance entails leading the finance team in achieving business objectives, ensuring that all financial activities align with the company's strategic goals.

This position is responsible for overseeing end-to-end accounting processes, guaranteeing accurate and timely monthly financial close, compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), and consistency in accounting practices. Additionally, it involves developing and managing financial models to provide insightful analysis of results and driving strategic decision-making.

The Deputy Manager Finance will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure alignment on financial goals and initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional certification such as CA/CMA/CA Inter qualification.
  • A minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in finance, preferably in a leadership role.
  • Proficiency in financial modeling, accounting, and reporting software, including MS Office applications like Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
  • Advanced expertise in data analysis and presentation skills.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Experience in scaling up a start-up through Series-A, Series-B funding efforts.
  • Self-driven, results-oriented individual with impeccable integrity.
