Job Title

A senior finance systems leader is required to manage and optimize our enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The ideal candidate will have experience in leading ERP projects, configuring and customizing NetSuite, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the daily management of the ERP system, ensuring it meets business requirements.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to gather requirements and implement system enhancements.
  • Lead end-to-end ERP projects, including integrations with other systems.
  • Monitor and resolve ERP-related issues, ensuring system uptime and reliability.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience working in finance systems, with at least 3 years of hands-on NetSuite experience.
  • Strong techno-functional expertise, including system configurations, scripting, workflows, and customizations in NetSuite.
  • Proven experience in ERP evaluation, selection, and implementation.
Preferred Skills
  • Experience with other ERP systems like SAP, Oracle, Workday, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Knowledge of integration tools and middleware.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or NetSuite.
