
Client Services Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Services Representative to join our team.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Manage client relationships and ensure seamless communication between clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with recruitment teams to understand and fulfill client requirements.
- Prepare and update job descriptions and candidate briefs based on client input.
- Schedule and confirm candidate interviews with clients.
- Maintain and update CRM tools and recruitment databases.
- Assist in creating client reports, presentations, and documentation.
- Ensure timely follow-ups with clients and candidates.
- Support in onboarding processes and client feedback management.
This role involves working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
