Job Description

As a skilled Technical Writer, you will play a crucial role in crafting high-quality documentation that showcases our products and services. Your expertise in creating user-friendly content will ensure that our target audience can effectively utilize our offerings.

Responsibilities
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for new features, including user guides, FAQs, and product technical overviews.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate and concise documentation that prioritizes clarity, usability, and completeness.
  • Obtain product information from various sources, such as agile meetings, specifications, and discussions with subject matter experts (SMEs).
  • Participate in peer review processes to enhance documentation quality and adhere to company standards.
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of existing documentation processes, standards, checklists, and templates.
  • Suggest screen labels and error messages to improve the customer experience.
  • Develop skills in writing, editing, reviewing, and scrutinizing various documents.
  • C coordinate with onsite trainers for required document deliverables.
  • Possess excellent English writing skills and familiarity with MSTP.
  • Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development environment is essential.
  • Exhibit good decision-making and planning skills, strong research skills, high attention to detail, and team player skills.
  • Demonstrate self-motivation with a positive attitude and analytical skills.
  • Ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Proficiency in tools like Jira, Confluence, MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Visio is highly valued.
