Business Development Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team.

  • A fast-growing EdTech company in the education industry.
  • Helping students pursue undergraduate studies abroad, with a focus on standardized test prep, college admissions guidance, and personalized mentorship.

This role involves driving business growth, building partnerships with schools and counselors, hiring top talent, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with both students and professionals, highly organized, and proactive.

  • The responsibilities include:
    • Identifying and building relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners.
    • Setting up and attending B2B meetings to explore collaborations.
    • Planning webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions.
  • Sales & Lead Management:
    • Engaging with inbound leads (parents/students), explaining services, and scheduling consults.
    • Tracking sales pipeline and follow-ups.
    • Collaborating with leadership to improve conversion strategies.
  • Hiring & Talent:
    • Writing and posting job descriptions.
    • Managing the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling.
    • Supporting onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff.
  • Business Operations:
    • Maintaining internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships).
    • Conducting market research to support new initiatives.
    • Working closely with leadership to solve ad-hoc business problems.

You'll have the opportunity to impact real student journeys, work directly with the founder, and grow into a leadership role in operations, strategy, or partnerships.
