We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Business Development Associate to join our team.
- A fast-growing EdTech company in the education industry.
- Helping students pursue undergraduate studies abroad, with a focus on standardized test prep, college admissions guidance, and personalized mentorship.
This role involves driving business growth, building partnerships with schools and counselors, hiring top talent, and supporting day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will be confident communicating with both students and professionals, highly organized, and proactive.
- The responsibilities include:
- Identifying and building relationships with schools, international counselors, and education partners.
- Setting up and attending B2B meetings to explore collaborations.
- Planning webinars, events, or info sessions with institutions.
- Sales & Lead Management:
- Engaging with inbound leads (parents/students), explaining services, and scheduling consults.
- Tracking sales pipeline and follow-ups.
- Collaborating with leadership to improve conversion strategies.
- Hiring & Talent:
- Writing and posting job descriptions.
- Managing the hiring process: sourcing, screening, scheduling.
- Supporting onboarding of educators, counselors, and ops staff.
- Business Operations:
- Maintaining internal trackers (sales, hiring, partnerships).
- Conducting market research to support new initiatives.
- Working closely with leadership to solve ad-hoc business problems.
You'll have the opportunity to impact real student journeys, work directly with the founder, and grow into a leadership role in operations, strategy, or partnerships.
