Electrical Design Engineer Role:

  • We are seeking an experienced Electrical Design Engineer to participate in the design of aircraft electrical wiring harnesses with teams based abroad.
  • The successful candidate will exchange knowledge on electrical interfaces between aircraft systems and draw 2D schematics as part of harness topologies design.
  • This role involves coordinating activities assigned by the Corporate Design Office, managing and validating schematics of subcontractors, and developing a Capability Center on harness design in Pune.
  • Additionally, the candidate will help adapt process and working methods between Pune and Europe, provide feedback, and report to the Design Office Manager in Europe.
Requirements
  • More than 10 years of experience in an Electrical Design Office with strong electrical knowledge in harness design.
  • Proficiency in 2D modeling (2D computer-aided design like ELECTRE) and good relationship, team spirit, and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills with proficiency in English (speaking, writing, and reading).
  • Mechanical and 3D modeling experience is desirable, along with knowledge of French and industrial environment.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Graduate degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Electrical Design Office with a strong understanding of electrical systems and harness design.
  • Proficiency in 2D and 3D modeling software and excellent communication and leadership skills.
