Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Electrical Systems Engineer to join our team.

Job Description:

As an Electrical Systems Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and developing electrical systems for automotive wiring harnesses. This includes routing wiring harness in CAD data using UGNx, designing electrical logic diagrams using CAPH logic tool, creating wiring harness designs using CAPH Xc, and laying out and packaging of wiring harness 3D data in vehicle DMU from concept stage to finalization.

Required Skills:

  • Proficient in tools for wiring harness design (CAPH Xc, Logic, and Simstress), layout, and CAD tools, preferably Unigraphics.
  • Knowledge of child parts used in wiring harness like wires, fuses, connectors, mechanical protections, and selection criteria.
  • Understanding of DFMEA and Fault Tree Analysis.
  • Thorough knowledge of basic theories and design concepts for automotive wiring harness.
  • Knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.

Specialized Expertise:

  • Wiring harness 3D routing using UGNx.
  • Wiring harness design using CAPH Xc.
