The HR Manager plays a vital part in making the team growth of our organization come to life in India. This position enables and supports locally the growth of our team, attracts and hires new team members, organizes successful onboarding, and copes with challenges like cultural differences, fast-paced market, and lot of competitors.

  • Organize and ensure successful onboarding

Personal Development Opportunities
  • Support definition of relevant training and learning opportunities
  • Execute / support relevant L&D processes locally
  • Set-up necessary talent development processes and measures for local team members
  • Evaluate all legal and administrative requirements are fulfilled in a compliant and timely manner
Integration into Global Organization
  • Reports to: Management or Head of HR (TBD)
  • Is part of the global HR team and cooperates and aligns with the Global Standards Team
Responsibilities
  • Fulfill recruiting targets for India
  • Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for all vacant positions in India in collaboration with local partners
  • Clarify internal profiles / positions with the responsible hiring manager
  • Support and give sparring when needed for creation of external job ads
Better Employer Branding
  • Enhance and strengthen our employer brand in India
  • Define local target universities and establish cooperation with these universities
  • Select and organize career fairs and other recruiting events in India
Strategic Social Media Presence
  • Support our social media recruiting strategy from local perspective
Onboarding Process
  • General onboarding of new team members in India
  • Coordinating new hire orientations
HR Support
  • Identify and fulfill all legal and administrative requirements to HR
  • Be first contact the local team for all HR related questions
  • Partnering with and advising the India leadership team on all HR-related topics
