Job Overview

As a key leader in sales, this role is responsible for driving business growth through strategic initiatives and team management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute sales promotion strategies to enhance project outcomes.
  • Participate in negotiations to secure deals and deliver value to clients.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to a discerning client base.
  • Manage complex client relationships, facilitating deal-making between the organization and clients while cultivating networks to ensure consistent business leads and repeat business.
Requirements:
  • Master's degree with at least 4 to 6 years of experience in sales of consumer-facing businesses, preferably from Tier 2 & 3 institutions.
  • Strong moral compass and ability to differentiate right from wrong.
  • Adaptability in fast-paced environments with changing circumstances.
  • Proven leadership skills with at least 2-3 years of experience managing teams.
  • Track record of delivering significant results.
  • Experience from a Tier 1 Real Estate Company will be an asset.
