Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional Operational Excellence Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing a world-class manufacturing framework across multiple plants in India.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a standardized framework for continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver training programs, reporting mechanisms, and systems enhancements that support the revised processes.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring timely delivery of results and effective problem-solving.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering discipline or related field.
  • In-depth understanding of continuous improvement methodologies, including Six Sigma, Lean, and value stream mapping.
  • Proven analytical, project management, and product development skills, with experience in interpreting business needs and translating them into operational requirements.
  • Ability to facilitate workshops and lead service improvement initiatives with various stakeholders, including process/value stream mapping expertise.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Visio, Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in designing and implementing a framework for continuous improvement, as well as hands-on implementation of Lean solutions.
