Storage Infrastructure Management

We are seeking an experienced professional to manage our storage infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing SAN and storage environments, including collaboration with support teams, problem-solving, and troubleshooting.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day administration for SAN and storage environments
  • Collaborate with customer's storage support teams
  • Participate in problem-solving and troubleshooting for assigned tasks
  • Support design, operation, workflow, and issue resolution for storage infrastructure
  • Maintain systems-level maintenance for storage infrastructure
  • Track existing storage usage trending and capacity planning for future growth
  • Maintain storage documentation, procedures, and reporting
  • Provide Storage Area Network Configuration and Administration
  • Storage Allocations to server infrastructure

Requirements:

  • 8 years+ experience in handling majority of activities mentioned in the scope above
  • Experience in handling Hitachi storages and Brocade switches infrastructure
  • Exposure to Operations and Management activities on Hitachi Storage(s), Unified compute platforms, various Host O/S including basic cluster management
  • Strong verbal and written communication

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Hitachi Technical certification is desirable
