Agile Transformation Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Agile Transformation Specialist to support one or more agile teams within our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of SAFe, Agile principles, and the unique challenges of product development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Planning Increment (PI) events, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospectives.
  • Coach the team on Agile best practices, Lean thinking, and SAFe principles.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement, psychological safety, and team empowerment.

Delivery & Execution Support:

  • Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions.
  • Ensure sprint goals are met and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Product Managers to maintain a healthy backlog.

SAFe & Alignment:

  • Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and the Release Train Engineer to ensure cross-team alignment.
  • Support the team in meeting organizational commitments and improving flow metrics.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment.
  • 2+ years working in a SAFe environment, ideally within an Agile Release Train.
  • Experience supporting teams building AI/ML or data-driven products.
  • Strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Familiarity with Agile metrics (velocity, cycle time, team health) and tools (Craft, Jira, Confluence, Miro).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM, PSM I/II) and/or SAFe Scrum Master (SSM / SASM).
  • Background in data science, AI/ML, or software engineering is a plus.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as banking or fintech.
