Expert AI Consultant Opportunity

Kickstart your career in cutting-edge AI consulting with a focus on Gen AI and Agentic frameworks. As an Associate Consultant Engineer, you'll gain hands-on exposure to real client engagements, data-driven transformation projects, and the design and development of AI prototypes.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • L&D: Participate in structured training covering Gen AI, Agentic frameworks, Responsible AI, data fundamentals, cloud, and consulting practices.
    • Shadow senior consultants during client sessions and delivery squads.
      • Complete technical and consulting checkpoints.
        • Project Support & Prototyping:
          • Support the design and development of AI prototypes, POCs, and accelerators.
            • Assist in preparing client deliverables (roadmaps, assessments, business cases).
              • Innovation & Knowledge Building:
                • Research trends, tools, and academic insights in Gen AI and Agentic AI.
                  • Contribute to internal playbooks, reusable assets, and IP libraries.
                    • Share findings via blogs, presentations, and community forums.

Collaboration & Growth:

  • Work with mentors and squad leads for coaching.
    • Participate in client workshops (observer → contributor).
      • Contribute actively to team culture, co-creation sessions, and problem-solving exercises.

Requirements:

  • A recent graduate (Bachelor's/Master's) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Business Information Systems, or related fields.
    • Technical foundations: Exposure to Python/SQL, AI/ML concepts, and cloud basics.
      • Mindset: Curious, ambitious, analytical, entrepreneurial, and eager to learn.
        • Collaboration skills: Strong communication and ability to work across cultures and geographies.
          • Ambition: Passion for AI, data, and emerging technologies, with a clear motivation to build a career in Gen AI/Agentic AI.

Language Skills:

  • English (mandatory); Spanish/French/Italian/Arabic desirable.
