Job Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Digital Commerce Expert to facilitate the successful delivery of consulting engagements in the E-Commerce domain.

About the Role:

  • The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in general IT business analysis, with a focus on E-Commerce.
  • You will be responsible for conducting one-on-one or small group interview sessions to gather required use cases and functional requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide analytical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and documenting e-commerce system requirements and procedures.
  2. Develop user requirements, functional specifications, technical specifications, data models, and process flow diagrams.
  3. Accountable to complete assigned work within time specified and communicate status if task delivery dates are at risk.
  4. Work with other project delivery team members towards the resolution of business or systems issues.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience in general IT business analysis coming from E-Commerce domain.
  • Experience implementing Hybris Commerce.
  • Concrete understanding of SAP Hybris Application Lifecycle Framework.
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Able to Multi-task and work under tight deadlines.
  • Must be able to work independently with little to no supervision.
  • Experience with global service delivery model.
