Product Delivery Lead

As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for spearheading multiple product and feature-level projects. Your primary goal will be to drive project execution, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
- Break down complex business objectives into manageable sprints, tasks, and workflows.
- Facilitate regular project syncs, daily standups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Identify potential risks, blockers, or delays, and provide support for mitigation efforts.
- Maintain up-to-date task boards, documentation, and project artifacts for seamless visibility across teams.
- Utilize project management tools like Linear to organize work, manage tickets, and ensure transparency.
- Report on project progress, timelines, and deliverables to key stakeholders.
Requirements- A minimum of 0–2 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role.
- A solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and sprint-based work planning.
- Prior experience using Linear as a project management tool.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational abilities and a knack for keeping projects on track.
- A proactive mindset, with attention to detail and a commitment to follow-through.
