Financial Partnership Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive strategic partnerships with financial institutions, expanding our capabilities and opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and Assess Potential Partners: Conduct thorough research and analysis of potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with our business objectives.
  • Determine Alignment and Evaluate Risks: Determine the alignment of partner goals with ours and evaluate associated risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships: Establish, cultivate, and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions, ensuring clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
  • Negotiate Agreements: Negotiate mutually beneficial agreements with partners, aligning with our strategic objectives.
  • Collaborate with Internal Stakeholders: Work closely with product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with business goals.
  • Drive Growth and New Initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities driving revenue growth for our business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Postgraduate degree with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in Financial Services, preferably in banking, fintech, or payment networks.
  • Demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
  • Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
  • Strong network in the banking and NBFC space.
