
Banking Alliance Manager

Job Purpose :
As a Banking Alliance Manager, the primary responsibility would be to build and manage strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFC's and financial institutions to expand the business capabilities of the company's products and services.
Role and Responsibility:
- Identify and assess potential partners: Research and analyze potential partners based on their strengths, weaknesses, and compatibility with the company's business.
- Determine the alignment of their business objectives with those of the company, and evaluate the risks and opportunities associated with forming partnerships with them.
- Develop and maintain relationships: Establish, cultivate and maintain strong relationships with partner banks and financial institutions. Maintain regular communication and establish clear expectations, milestones, and objectives.
- Ensure a higher level of engagements with the Partner Banks & Financial Institutions
- Negotiate agreements: Negotiate agreements with partners to ensure mutually beneficial terms and conditions that align with the company's strategic objectives. Ensure that the agreement is compliant with legal and regulatory requirements and that it protects the interests of the company.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders: Work closely with the company's product, legal, and compliance teams to ensure that all partnerships meet regulatory requirements and align with the company's business goals.
- Drive growth and new initiatives: Collaborate with partners to identify and implement joint growth opportunities that drive revenue growth for the company's business. Track and report on the progress of each partnership and regularly assess the impact of each alliance.
- Monitor industry trends: Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and emerging technologies. Use this knowledge to identify potential partnership opportunities and make informed decisions.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Graduate / Postgraduate with 3-7 years of relevant work experience in highly analytical approach; preferably in Financial Services space either with Banks, Payment Networks Payment Aggregators, Fintech companies or Mobile and Consumer Durable OEM companies would be given high preference.
- Demonstrated history of generating growth by using data to identify and prioritize opportunities.
- Proven ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment with changing market conditions.
- Individual with network in the banking and NBFC space
- High energy team player with willingness to learn and adapt quickly.
- Able to engage in technical conversation with the bank to understand their requirements.
- Proactive & Self-Motivated, willing to take the lead.
- Strong communication skills: ability to communicate and influence across various levels of the organization.
