Customer Experience Associate

We are seeking a polished, customer-centric professional to be the face of our luxury real estate development.

About the Role:
  • Welcome and host prospective clients during their property visits, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience that reflects the brand's values.

This includes:

  1. Warmly greeting and receiving prospective clients, making them feel valued and comfortable.
  2. Hosting clients during site/property visits, ensuring the experience meets luxury standards.
  3. Providing clients with basic project information and directing their queries to the appropriate sales team.
  4. Coordinating with sales, administration, and hospitality teams to prepare for client visits (refreshments, site readiness, meeting arrangements).
  5. Maintaining an elegant reception/hosting area, ensuring all customer-facing spaces meet luxury standards.
  6. Ensuring accurate client records are maintained and appointments are well managed.
  7. Handling client requests with professionalism, discretion, and a service-first mindset.
  8. Assisting in organizing and supporting customer engagement events, property showcases, and high-profile client visits.
  9. Collecting initial feedback from clients and sharing insights with relevant teams.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with a polished appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent hosting, presentation, and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work well under pressure.
  • Fluency in English.
  • A warm, approachable personality with a service-driven attitude.
