High Net Worth Client Relationship Manager

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for fostering strong relationships with high net worth clients through regular engagement and risk profiling. This role entails identifying potential customers and providing tailored solutions to meet their unique needs. The position requires effective client management and acquisition, with a focus on expanding assets under management. Key skills include working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and designing investment products aligned with customer needs. The primary goal is to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with high net worth clients to provide personalized financial solutions.
- Manage and update client profiles, including risk assessments, demographics, and assets.
- Enhance relationships and increase wallet share through targeted customer engagement activities.
- Cross-sell Bank products and services, as well as third-party investment products, to deepen existing relationships.
- Identify potential customers for tailored product offerings to increase product penetration.
- Acquire new customers by converting referral leads and achieving monthly targets.
- Record and track all engagement activities through the CRM system.
- Ensure compliance with KYC/SEBI rules, regulations, and legislation governing the Bank.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Graduation or post-graduation from a recognized institution.
- AMFI and NCFM certifications.
- 6-10 years of experience managing high net worth clients.

- Knowledge of banking products and services.
- Ability to manage complex client situations.
