Night Shift Ticketing Executive

Job Description:

We seek a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Shift Ticketing Executive to oversee ticketing operations during evening and night hours. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in airline ticketing, strong knowledge of GDS systems, and excellent communication skills to handle client queries efficiently.

The Night Shift Ticketing Executive will be responsible for booking, cancelling, rescheduling, and managing domestic and international tickets, as well as handling amendments, refunds, and re-issuances. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to work independently in a night shift setup.

Responsibilities:

  • Ticketing Operations: Book, cancel, reschedule, and manage domestic and international tickets.
  • Handle amendments, refunds, and re-issuances according to client requirements.
  • Monitor and resolve ticketing-related issues promptly.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in airline ticketing and travel services.
  • Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in GDS platforms for reservations and ticket issuance.
