Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Specialist to enhance our operations.

This position involves overseeing airport systems and applications, ensuring seamless airline operations.

  • Proficiency in IATA Certified or Diploma in Travel and Tourism
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the Airline Industry
  • Previous experience in managing airport systems and applications, including Crew, Ground, Departure Control, Turn Around, Baggage, and loading
  • Familiarity with Global Distribution Systems (GDS)
  • Ability to manage DCS systems for Reservations, Passenger Check-ins & Boarding, Baggage check-in, Load management
  • Ability to manage Crew systems for scheduling, tracking, and optimizing crew resources
  • Ability to manage Baggage System like monitoring and operating automated baggage handling systems
  • Knowledge of Printing flight load sheet, baggage report, Advance Passenger Information System (APIS)
  • Ability to create Incidents/Problem as per incident management & problem management tools

Requirements:

  • Availability to work in 24 x 7 shifts
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Office and other standard desktop applications
  • Strong Analytical & Research skills. Strong troubleshooting and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to meet stringent Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
