Database Administrator Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to take on a challenging role in database administration. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our databases, troubleshooting issues, and implementing solutions to improve performance.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, Design, and Maintain Databases
  • Resolve Production Database Issues
  • Perform MySQL Installation, Upgrades, and Data Migration
  • Monitor Database Performance and Implement Fixes
  • Develop Database Tools and Automate Tasks
  • Respond to Emergency Technical Support Situations
  • Work with Database Personnel to Design Physical and Logical Databases
  • Participate in On-Call Rotation and Other Duties as Defined by Management
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in MySQL Database Administration
  • Strong technical knowledge of Azure PaaS MySQL, AWS RDS, Aurora MySQL
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to multitask and work on complex projects
