Job Description:

About our global media company we produce high-quality content with a footprint of more than 1 billion consumers in 32 territories through print, digital, video, and social platforms.

We are dedicated to producing high-quality, compelling content that connects with India's most influential audiences.

We produce premium titles Vogue, GQ, Condé Nast Traveler, and Architectural Digest (AD).

The Role:

This role will be responsible for the social strategy and social posting of multiple social channels.

You will work closely with editors and writers, and sit alongside them to enable the success of newly-evolved teams.

Reporting to the lead for this role you are part of a community of global social managers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee social storytelling and content distribution on multiple social media platforms.
  • Partner with the global social storytelling team to ensure best storytelling for these accounts.
  • Master editorial voice and tone which may differ between platforms.
  • Select imagery, video, and visual content that engages audiences.
  • Execute on best-in-class social storytelling gathering assets from different teams.
  • Work with guide teams daily on story positioning.
  • Create and foster communities on social platforms.
  • Plan design and implement successful social strategies.
  • Manage swaps with internal brands as well as external partners.
  • Report on content performance and present insights to various stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience preferably with a digital publisher.
  • Strong writing skills for captions headlines and visual storytelling.
  • Proven ability in visual storytelling that drives engagement.
  • Strong editorial judgement.
  • Community management experience.
  • Excellent organisational skills focus and attention to detail.
  • An established ability to synthesise and communicate information quickly.
  • Must complete an edit test writing samples are a plus.
  • Experience with video editing and asset creation.
  • Able to work outside standard working hours occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Desired experience of working cross-culturally a second language is a plus.
