\About the RoleWe are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Content Strategist to join our team.
\Responsibilities- Developing and executing social media strategies to grow brand presence across Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, and YouTube.
- Creating engaging content aligned with the latest fashion and cultural trends.
- Planning monthly social media calendars, shooting plans, and product highlights.
- Collaborating with the marketing team for product launches, promotions, and festive campaigns.
- Managing influencer collaborations from outreach to deliverables.
- Monitoring insights, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing strategies for better reach and engagement.
- Staying updated with social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
\- Proven 2-4 years of experience managing social media for fashion or lifestyle brands.
- A strong sense of aesthetics, styling, and fashion trends.
- Ability to shoot basic content via phone (reels, behind-the-scenes) when needed.
- Excellent communication, creative thinking, and multitasking skills.
