Social Media Strategist

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Social Media Strategist to lead our social media team. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective social media strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building strong relationships and aligning with their business objectives.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and oversee digital and social media strategies that drive engagement and conversions.
- Project Management: Manage projects from concept to delivery, ensuring timely completion and adherence to expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and guide a team of social media professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.
- Campaign Optimization: Analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns and improve results.
- Industry Knowledge: Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices to stay ahead of the competition.
Requirements:
- 6-8 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or client servicing.
- Proven experience in handling and leading a team.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Experience in leading and mentoring a team.
- Ability to analyze data and derive insights to optimize social media campaigns.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized.
