We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as an Industrial Process Optimizer.

This role is ideal for a proactive, results-driven individual with expertise in process optimization, supplier negotiations, and lean manufacturing.

  • Process Optimization Specialist
  • Negotiate with suppliers to optimize material costs and maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Set up manufacturing and quality control processes at the contract manufacturer's location
  • Procure raw materials and semi-finished goods for lifestyle products
  • Oversee the implementation of ERP systems to elevate visibility and streamline workflows
  • Business Operations - Certifications, pricing, logistics
  • Inventory management - Minimizing stockouts and excess inventory
  • Execute rapid prototyping to reduce lead times for new component designs, improving agility and speed to market
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
  • Able to navigate challenges using problem-solving skills
  • A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and contribute
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Background in Mechanical Engineering or Business Administration
  • 1-5 years of experience in a manufacturing setup
