We are seeking an experienced and analytical professional to drive operational excellence, data accuracy, and critical insights for our Software & Partnerships functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Pipeline Management:
    • Conduct regular checks on pipeline data for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
    • Maintain and update the real-time dashboard with accurate and timely pipeline data
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Lead marketing initiatives for Software, Partnerships, and alliances
    • Manage campaign documentation and database management
  • Reporting & Analysis:
    • Prepare and deliver daily, weekly, and monthly reports without misses
    • Develop multi-dimensional performance review templates and views for key management personnel
    • Ensure timely board decks preparation and delivery
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies in current workflows
    • Design and implement streamlined processes to optimize operational efficiency
    • Reduce administrative tasks through process automation
  • Inside Sales & Lead Generation:
    • Manage lead funnel with various lead generation avenues
    • Track weekly recommendations and set up key meetings
  • Coordination & Alignment:
    • Work as a bridge between Business functions and HQ to coordinate and align on reports and initiatives

Requirements:

  • 3-4 years of experience in MIS, Inside Sales Operations, or Sales Operations
  • Data analysis tools proficiency (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proven track record of designing and optimizing operational processes
  • Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaboration with cross-functional teams
