Your Role:

As our Sales and Business Development Director, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive sales growth, expand our market presence, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders. You will lead a team of experienced professionals, fostering a collaborative work environment that promotes innovation and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities in the solar water pump and renewable energy markets, leveraging your extensive network within the industry.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement effective sales strategies for solar water pumps and related products, focusing on government schemes like PM Kusum and solar pump tenders.
  • Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of tenders for solar pump projects, ensuring compliance with all regulatory requirements.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, delivering exceptional customer satisfaction and after-sales support.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, analyzing data to develop strategies that position our company's solar products effectively in the marketplace.
  • Sales Reporting: Track sales performance, market trends, and key metrics, preparing regular reports for senior management that provide insights into sales forecasts, achievements, and opportunities for growth.
